WindKit is distributed through the `conda <https://docs.conda.io/en/latest/>`_ package, dependency, and environment manager via DTU Wind's Open Conda Channel.

Best Practices
--------------

We recommend the use of the `IPython <https://ipython.org/>`_  interactive shell, which is also used in the Jupyter system. This shell provides many convenience utilities compared to the standard shell including history, tab-completion, and easy to access inline help.
